PROJECT ESSENCE: New technology schemes of WUCG have been developed and they allow to provide mining, complex processing of gasification products and recuperation of the rock mass heat. New construction of gas generator in regime of controlled gasification accounting for natural factors and technological parameters in closed environmental safety cycle has been developed.

PARAMETERS OF SPREADING OF THE TEMPERATURE FIELD OF THE ROCK-COAL ARRAY ALONG THE ROCK SEAM
APPLICATION AREA: Off-grade stocks of black and brown coal with the seams depth from 50 m and more, dropping angle 0 – 90 degrees, rock bed thickness 0,4 m and more at under-mining and up-mining in ascending and descending order, and also fuel slates, heavy (paraffinized) oil.
ECONOMIC EFFECT:
- Productivity of the station of WUCG: 13,6 – 76 thousands m3 of generator gas with combustion heat 5,4 – 11,7 MDj/m3; 134,8 – 431,7 t. of chemical substances.
- Prime cost: the station – 102-293,4 UAH/thousands m3; power energy 0,09-0,24 UAH/kW*hour.
- Pay-back period for enterprise 1,5-3,0 years.
