For the development of flooded brown coal deposits new technological schemes of the new genetic type related with compensation craters over the salt lands have been developed. It has been suggested to open the dredgers which will dry deposits at the same time.

It is appropriate to remove rock mass on the top levels with dried surface using draglines in combination with movable conveyors and belt conveyors. Using the results of research enables to increase annual productivity of open mine, thus the introduction of this technology enables to increase mining output up to 45.6 million m3, including coal mining output up to 9-10 million tons and charcoal mass output up to 23.9 million tons. The proposed technology also allows to reduce electricity consumption and drainage water removal by 60 MW/year.
