PROJECT ESSENCE

Improving the control method of an asynchronous machine, in which the introduction of new technological operations and parameters makes it possible to control rationally energy consumption during the steady-state period regardless the actual load, an integrated approach to economy at all levels of the electromechanical system and reduction of dynamic forces in transient modes.

RESULTS OF PREVIOUS RESEARCH

The parameters of a nonlinear smooth control regulator are determined, which allows to achieve a significant reduction in power consumption when changing the power supply parameter. On the example of a serial engine, the parameters of the local reactive power compensation system are determined and the limit of switching relay control is substantiated. The possibility of obtaining a two-zone step control system for an asynchronous drive with a slight improvement of relay control, which ensures a maximal energy efficiency at all levels of the electromechanical system, is proved. A hardware solution for an integrated efficiency improvement system has been created and tested, which implements an integrated approach to solving the problem. Quantitative recommendations for the development of an integrated control system are given.

 ADVANTAGES AND EFFICIENCY

Simplicity and reliability, affordability and sufficient consumer quality. According to the results of experimental studies, the potential energy saving capability is up to 40% of active and 51% of reactive power.
