PROJECT ESSENCE

The reconstruction of structures, buildings and facilities destroyed as a result of military operations is an important component of the country's defense capability and economic recovery. Residential, industrial and logistics facilities require rational and efficient solutions to put them back into operation as soon as possible. This is possible through the introduction of scientifically based restoration technologies.

APPLICATION AREA

The use of new materials and technologies in the restoration of destroyed structures, buildings and facilities, including the use of composite rope cables for the rapid restoration of destroyed infrastructure.

FINAL PRODUCT

Restored structures, buildings and facilities using high-tech composite cable-stayed ropes. Solving the problem of rapid restoration of the destroyed critical infrastructure as one of the most important components of the state policy on ensuring the defense capability and national security of Ukraine.

An innovative platform that uses virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to improve the quality and accessibility of technical education in schools, universities, and corporate training centers of big technology companies.

APPLICATION FIELD

- Education and training: Use of virtual and augmented reality to create interactive training programs in schools with in-depth study of technical subjects, technical universities, colleges, as well as for students, graduate students and specialists of technology companies.

- Corporate training: Implementation of VR/AR technologies in corporate training centers to improve the skills of employees of big technology companies.

- Technology, innovation, and engineering. The use of advanced VR/AR technologies to improve educational processes, demonstrate the operation of machines and mechanisms, which contributes to the training of engineers and specialists in the field of mechanical engineering.

The development of new solutions in the field of biomedical and rehabilitation engineering for the resocialization of the population includes the creation of high-quality, individually adapted prostheses and medical devices for people with disabilities, which improves their quality of life and promotes social integration.

APPLICATION FIELD

Prosthetics (including microprosthetics and endoprosthetics), implants, rehabilitation equipment, medical devices used in postoperative rehabilitation.

FINAL PRODUCT

Affordable, high-quality implants, prostheses and medical devices for people with disabilities made from biocompatible materials, providing injured people with the means for medical rehabilitation in accordance with their existing disabilities.

PROJECT ESSENCE

Buildings destroyed by war or planned for demolition contain thousands of tons of construction waste, which can be secondary resources for the production of commodity products and secondary raw materials. Most of the waste is sent to landfills, which makes harm to the environment, leading to significant greenhouse gas and hydrogen sulfide emissions and soil contamination with harmful chemical compounds. The technology for recycling construction wastes at selection points can be implemented using a mobile crushing and screening plant with a capacity of several tons of fine-grained product per hour.

APPLICATION FIELD

The new mobile processing plant can be effectively used in mining, construction, metallurgical, chemical, and other industries. It is designed to recycle wastes (various types of sheet or profile glass, drywall, tiles, and ceramic products, building bricks, plaster and other similar materials, and slag from metallurgical and other industries) at places where they are formed.

FINAL PRODUCT

The plant performs medium and fine crushing of high-strength materials, as well as grinding to a size of less than 0.2 mm, with the separation of the required fined product. The processed material is used as a commodity product (glass granules for design, gypsum for agriculture, etc.) or as a raw material for production (glass for melting, gypsum for drywall, etc.).
