PROJECT ESSENCE: It is established that the elements, that represent themselves as the foundation of seismogenic tectonic structures, are reflected in the stresses of tectonosphere, caused by the disturbance of equilibrium state of the geological environment. The information on the stress-strain state of tectonosphere used at the different scales of seismotectonic studies seismic zoning. It allows to select the hydrocarbon active areas, including dynamic phenomena in mines in hydrocarbon massive.

APPLICATION AREA: Coal mining enterprises with increased levels of methane-containing mixtures, increased risk of rock bursts and other dynamic phenomena. The results are used in the Ukrainian Research Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Donetsk city). The causes of accidents at the mine “im.  Zasjad'ko” and mine “im. Karl Marx” were investigated with their help. 
 
SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECTS: Using of new approaches to forecasting of geodynamic phenomena allows to get information of the stress state of the geological environment, which reduces the complexity of the process of forecasting hazards and promotes the efficient use of material resources.
