ESSENCE: The possibility of using shock-wave treatment for recycling carbide arrays of any shape and weight is shown as renewable raw material sources, in order to obtain high quality raw materials for further processing, molding and sintering in the production of tools for different purposes. 

APPLICATION SCOPE: Engineering industries and engineering enterprises of Ukraine. The development is aimed at reducing the power consumption in the recovery of raw materials for the production of high-quality cutting tool.



Reducing the grinding process duration – in 20 times;

Reduction of energy consumption of one unit by 7.75 MW.
